My passion for games started long before entering the industry. I learned very young that making games was a normal thing to do, when my dad showed me the text-based space combat game he created in qbasic.
In my teens I fooled around with RoboWar and mapping for Marathon, while growing up in a Nintendo household. In college I continued learning and got into hex editing and mapping for Myth, Bungie’s real-time tactics series.
Games, art, and technology of all sorts have always fascinated me, contrasted by my love for the outdoors and sports.
My goal as a designer is always to listen to the needs of the client or fullfill the desires of players. As a developer that carries over into the teamwork required to ship a compelling product.
